They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by email with a clear photo of damage. We will gladly replace your damaged items.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us by email with a clear photo and description of the error. We will gladly replace your missing or incorrect items.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. However, we will treat issues with orders on a case-by-case basis by sending us an email.
